Applications are invited from highly motivated candidates for the office of the Dean of Research and Development, IIT Kanpur on purely temporary and contractual basis for a period of one year. The period may be extended based on requirement.

Post: Project Manager (02)

Consolidated Salary Structure: In the range Rs. 29,000 - 2,400 - 72,200/- per month

Minimum Qualification: Master of law (L.L.M.) Degree + 8 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor of Law with 15 years of relevant experience at appropriate level. Or (CA/ICWA/CS) + 2 years of relevant experience at supervisory level in a Govt. organization or in educational institute or in organization of repute.

Desirable Experience: Relevant experience in business laws, including formulating agreements and negotiations. Work experience in IPR, international laws pertaining to design and Inventions. Master's degree with specialization in Business Law. Work experience in R&D labs, industries and academia in the above fields.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is also required.

Age limit: Maximum 45 years.

The age relaxation is 50 years for employees working in projects and work assignment of IIT Kanpur
