Applications are invited for the post of Deputy Project Manager in the office of Dean of Resources and Alumni.

The appointment is purely contractual, and duration of contract is initially for one year, which is extendible further depending upon satisfactory performance OR till the end of project whichever is earlier.

Minimum Qualification: CA/ICWA/CS Or Post graduate degree + 5 years of relevant experience Or Graduate degree + 8 years of relevant experience at appropriate level.

Desirable Qualifications- Knowledge of Office Procedures and knowledge of computer i.e MS Office/Excel/Power Point/Access etc. Person should have at least 5 years of experience of handling Investment, Endowment Account, Bank Reconciliation, Balance Sheet and Supervision of Bank books, Ledgers, Journals in a Govt. Organization or in educational institute.

Job Profile:

• To Supervise and examine Investment records and Interest earned for all Institute Accounts
• To prepare and maintain Endowment table of the Institute
• To Supervise and examine all Bank books, Ledgers, Journals, Bank Reconciliation, Statements of Endowment Fund Account.
• To prepare Receipt and Payment Account, Interest Reconciliation, Donation Reconciliation, Income and Expenditure, Interest Allocation Table, Balance Sheet of the Endowment Fund Account
