Applications are invited for the following posts for the SATHEE: Universalisation of quality education project (Project No. 2023131).

The appointment is purely contractual, and duration of contract is one year or date of expiry of project, whichever is earlier, and renewal will be on satisfactory performance.

Designation: Senior Project Scientist

Number of positions: 02 (Two)

Essential Qualification: Ph.D. + 1year relevant experience Or Postgraduate + 4 years relevant experience.

Salary: In the range Rs.38800-3200-96400 per month (Consolidated).

Duration: Initially for one year and extendable on the basis of performance.

Desirable Qualification: The candidate should have one or more following desirable qualification:

1. The candidate must have appeared for one or more national-level competitive examinations (such as JEE, NEET, CLAT, UPSC, SSC, IBPS, or Bank PO/Clerk) within the past ten years and must have successfully qualified at least the first stage of any of these exams.
2. Demonstrated experience in managing or contributing significantly to R&D or educational projects, preferably involving curriculum development, content creation, data analysis, or technology integration for education/training.
3. Proven track record of working in reputed institutions or organizations, particularly those involved in competitive exam preparation or educational research and development.
4. Experience in mentoring or guiding junior researchers, content developers, or students will be considered an added advantage.
5. Strong project coordination, reporting, and communication skills are essential.
