Eligibility

• A Master’s degree or higher from a reputed higher education institute.
• Minimum 15 years of demonstrable experience in leading and executing large-scale technology-driven initiatives, preferably in contexts involving government, academic institutions, or public-interest research.
• Proven ability to build and manage diverse stakeholder ecosystems, including ministries, academic partners, technology vendors, and strategic collaborators from industry.
• Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication, especially in conveying complex technical ideas to varied audiences and drafting high-stakes documentation.
• Demonstrated success in working across multidimensional, multicultural, and multilingual environments, with sensitivity to the socio-educational diversity central to SATHEE's mission.

Desired qualification

• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in educational innovation, including 7+ years in senior executive roles (such as CTO, CEO, or equivalent) overseeing large-scale EdTech initiatives in mission-driven or public-sector contexts.
• Proven leadership in government-funded educational transformation programs, with a demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion.
• Recognized innovator in EdTech, evidenced through patents, academic publications, open-source contributions, or pioneering product development.
• Deep expertise in designing and scaling evidence-based learning frameworks, integrating the latest insights from pedagogy, neuroscience, and educational data science.
• Advanced technical knowledge of AI-powered adaptive learning, learning management system (LMS) architecture, and predictive analytics to deliver personalized, outcome-driven education.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams comprising educators, engineers, UI/UX designers, researchers, and content creators toward a unified learning vision.
• Strategic systems thinker with the ability to translate transformative educational theories into real-world, technology-enabled learning experiences that scale across geographies and learner types.
• Global mindset, with practical experience deploying EdTech solutions across linguistically and culturally diverse populations, including underserved communities.
• Strong foundation in data analytics, impact measurement, and feedback loops to inform product evolution and policy alignment.
• Experience leading DevOps teams in continuous integration, agile development, and iterative deployment environments.
• Hands-on expertise in building resilient digital platforms optimized for low-bandwidth, multilingual, and mobile-first ecosystems.
• Sound understanding of cybersecurity protocols, data privacy norms, and regulatory frameworks for safeguarding learner data and platform integrity.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic design, architecture, and development of a scalable, secure, and high-performance digital ecosystem—including web and mobile platforms—in close coordination with the Principal Investigator.
• Oversee end-to-end resource management, encompassing technical personnel, infrastructure, and vendor partnerships, to ensure seamless operational delivery.
• Lead project execution with precision, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgetary constraints, compliance protocols, and robust performance monitoring frameworks.
• Foster deep engagement with stakeholders from government, academia, industry, and civil society through transparent communication, regular reporting, and collaborative decision-making in alignment with SATHEE's vision of educational equity.
• Leverage advanced AI/ML technologies to build personalized and adaptive learning journeys, driving continuous improvement in user outcomes and learner satisfaction.
• Champion platform outreach and visibility across digital and traditional media, representing SATHEE at national forums, innovation showcases, and strategic partnerships.
• Cultivate a high-performance tech team by mentoring talent, inspiring innovation, and nurturing a mission-driven work culture aligned with long-term platform scalability.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned in support of the evolving technological and institutional goals of SATHEE.
