Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under a BRNS-funded research project entitled: “Heterogeneous Catalyst Mediated LOHC Systems”

Project Details

• PI: Prof. Sabuj K. Kundu, IIT Kanpur
• PC: Dr. Biswajit Sadhu, BARC, Mumbai
• Location: Department of Chemistry, IIT Kanpur

Fellowship

• ₹37,000 per month (JRF, first two years)
• Upgradable to ₹42,000 per month (SRF) based on performance and project requirements upon extension

Duration

The appointment is initially for one year and may be extended for up to three years based on satisfactory performance and continued project funding.

Eligibility

• M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized institution/university
• Candidates with knowledge of basic laboratory techniques and research experience in synthetic chemistry, catalysis, or related areas will be preferred

Nationality

• Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply, as per BRNS guidelines
