Project Scientist (post-doc) position is available in the DST sponsored project entitled “Wetting behaviour of fluids in presence of large particles on surfaces”.
Qualification: PhD in Computational Chemistry/Computational Physics/Material/Chemical Engineering.
The candidate must have Experience in DFT, Molecular dynamics and Monte Carlo simulations. Exposure of software such as VASP,CPMD, GAUSSIAN, LAMMPS GROMACS, would be desirable.
Initial appointment for the above post will be for one year, and may be extended further. The post is purely temporary and on contractual basis.
Salary range: Rs. 22,000-2200-44,000 (per month) with a minimum salary of Rs 35200/=
