Applications are invited for the post of senior project mechanic (1 nos.).

Essential Qualification

• 10+2 with PCM with minimum 75% marks, and
• Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 75%, and
• Minimum of 4 years of experience

Desirable Skills

• Laboratory work experience in highway/pavement.
• Experience in conducting field data collection.
• Candidate must possess sound knowledge in pavement material experiments.
• Regular inspection and monitoring of ongoing construction activities at site.

Job Profile

• Candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory works on pavement materials.
• Will be conducting field data collection as part of various project works.
• Guiding and coordination of work to be performed by other staff members.
• Data collection, tracking and documentation.
• The candidate will also have to assist the PI in other research/project activities.

Nature of Work

Selected candidate is expected to undertake laboratory work independently and perform field visits for data collection and sampling as per requirement.

Salary Range: INR 13000-1100-32,800/- per month.

Age limit: Maximum 27 years

Nature of Position: Temporary / Contractual.

Duration of appointment: Initially be for 1 year, which will be extended with mutual consent if the performance of the candidate is good.
