Applications are invited for the following post to work on a project at the Structural Engineering Laboratory in the Department of Civil Engineering, IIT Kanpur:

Name of the Post: Project Technician

Minimum qualification & experience: High School + ITI + 09 Years relevant experience OR 03 years Engineering Diploma (Electronics and Instrumentation) + 04 Years relevant experience. The position is temporary in nature.

Salary Range: Rs. 14400-1200-36000 per month (Consolidated)

Duration of Appointment: Initially for one year and extendable on the basis of performance

Desirables: Strain gauge instrumentation and operation.

• Maintenance of electrical equipment including overhead crane
• Essential electronics/electrical related works such as wire assembling, error correction, soldering,
