Applications are invited for the post of “Program Technical Asst (Admin)” in the SIB-SHInE project at IIT Kanpur. This post is purely temporary and contractual basis.

Designation: Program Technical Asst (Admin)

Number of positions: One

Minimum Qualification: Masters in Biomedical Engineering or allied subjects + minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Or Bachelor’s in Biotechnology, Bioengineering or allied subjects + minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of the SIB-SHInE program.
• Coordinating with fellows and technical mentors for execution of the projects
• Organizing workshops, and demo days for fellows and stakeholders.
• Coordinate resource procurement, lab access, and equipment usage for the fellows’ projects.
• Assist in outreach efforts such as content creation, social media updates, and showcasing fellow achievements
• Liaoning with stakeholders

• Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Duration: Initially for one year and extendable on the basis of performance.

Salary: 55,125/- (consolidated)

Selection Procedure: The selection will be based on offline interview at IIT Kanpur. Short listed candidate will be informed with an email about the date and time of the interview.
