Innovative Technical Solutions (ITSI) is an award-winning infrastructure and environmental firm that has an extensive experience of working with the federal government departments and other agencies worldwide. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Gilbane Building company. In 2009, IIT Kanpur conferred upon him the Distinguished Alumnus Award for his outstanding entrepreneurial excellence and managerial skills. Dr. Shukla instituted Dr. Shukla New Faculty Fellowship.
