Advertisement for Temporary & Contractual Project Appointment

Applications are invited for the post of "Teacher on Project" at Kislaya Nursery School, IIT Kanpur (Project number: 2022162)

  1. No. of Posts: 02 (Teachers for Hindi, English, Mathematics, EVS, in Nursery, Kinder-garden and Preparatory grades)
  2. Minimum Qualification & Post Qualification Experience: Postgraduate (M.B.A./ M.C.A./ M.Com./ M.Sc./ M.A./ MLiB/ MPEd)

    Or

    Graduate (B.Sc./ B.A./ B.Com./ BBA/ BCA/ BLib/ BPEd) + 3 years of relevant teaching experience.

Desirable:

B.Ed./NTT/Diploma in Elementary Education/Bachelors in Elementary Education/Diploma in Special Education/ or equivalent/ any Degree, Diploma or Experience in Music.

At least 55% marks in graduation.

Proficiency to teach through Hindi and English medium

Knowledge of working on computer

  1. Consolidated Salary Structure: 13200-1100-33000/-
  2. Duration of Appointment: The post is purely temporary and contractual from the date of appointment till a maximum period of 1 year or date of expiry of project, whichever is earlier. It can be further extended based on performance.

The short-listing committee reserves the right to fix suitable criteria for short-listing of eligible candidates satisfying qualifications and experience. Only short-listed candidates will accordingly be informed about the date of the interview through email.

The applicants should share complete information regarding educational qualifications indicating year of passing, percentage of marks/division, details of working experience in the prescribed format (Form No. DOAD-IP-203) along with self-attested copies of testimonials. A hard copy of the latest resume (with latest photograph) should also be included. The filled-up form, self-attested testimonials and the latest resume should be sent in a sealed envelope superscribed “Application for the post of Teacher on Project” by post (or personally delivered in the school office between 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM) by 2:00 PM on 29/12/2025 on the below-mentioned address.
