Applications are invited for the different posts mentioned below in the Institute Works Department at IIT Kanpur.

Name of the Post: Dy. Project Manager

Number of Posts: Two

Essential Qualification: Post Graduate (MBA / MCA / M Com / M Sc / MA) + 5 Yrs relevant Exp. Or Graduate (BA / B. Sc / B. Com / BBA / BCA/LLB) + 8 Yrs relevant Exp. Or CA/ICWA/ CS.

Desirable: The candidate should have Knowledge of tendering, e-tendering in various online e-tendering portal, inviting quotations, preparation of tender documents, letter typing, work of diary and dispatch, accounts, able to handle office related documents and maintaining official records skilled in typing hindi/ English, preparation of NITs & uploading of tender documents on websites etc.

Scale of pay: Rs. 19200-1600-48000

Note:

1. All Posts are temporary and on contractual basis for a maximum period of one Year.
2. Candidates who have significant experience and expertise in the relevant area shall be given preference.
3. No TA/DA will be paid by for attending the written test/interview.

IWD office reserves the right to fix suitable criteria for short listing of eligible candidates satisfying qualification and experience. Only short-listed candidates will accordingly be called for interview.

The candidates, who will be called for interview, have to show their original certificates, experience certificates etc. at the time of interview.
