Essential Qualifications and Post Qualification Experience: MTech OR B. Tech with M.B.A. OR B. Tech + 3 years relevant experience

Job description:

1. To design, develop, and maintain the web-based tracking system for efficient management of various DOIP forms
2. To review tender documents, estimate files, and communicate them with the concerned engineers
3. To coordinate and place material orders for day-to-day/AMC maintenance on the Government-e-Marketplace (GeM) portal
4. To communicate between the campus community and the Institute’s engineers for the timely resolution of user complaints
5. Hands on experience in using the complaint management system
6. To carry out other office works as desired by Office-in-Charge

Desirable Qualifications & Experiences:

1. Implementation experience using the technologies like PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL, RDBMS, CodeIgniter, MS Word, MS Excel
2. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
3. Knowledge in tendering process
4. Good communication skills
5. Applicants must have relevant experience of 5 years or more
