Application is invited for the post of ‘Senior Project Associate’ at Centre for Nanosciences, IIT Kanpur. The Post is temporary and on contractual basis for a period of one year or till the end of project, whichever is earlier. The period may be extended based on performance and requirement.

Essential Post Qualification:

B.Tech+ 1-year relevant exp.

Or

M.Sc. + 1-year relevant exp.

Desirable Qualification:

• Applicant must have Experience (2 years) and documented proof of working of handling, and maintenance of following equipments.
  • Lithography (Electron Beam Lithography, Nano Imprint Lithography and Direct Laser Lithography)
  • Thin Flim Deposition (Electron Beam Deposition, Multi target RF-DC sputtering system)
  • Surface Modification Technique (Reactive Ion Etching, UV-Plasma Cleaning)
  • Glove Box Handling.

• Applicant should be adept in clean room operations, maintenance, and experimental responsibilities.

Scale of pay: Rs. 21600-1800-54000

The institute reserves the right to fix suitable criteria for short-listing of eligible candidates satisfying qualification and experience. Only shortlisted candidate will be called for interview. No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview.
