The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team. A willingness to learn new technologies and follow best practices is essential. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Linux servers, including basic server administration and database maintenance such as backups, basic performance monitoring, and security configurations.

Basic understanding of web security concepts including firewalls, SSL/TLS, and secure web application practices is required. Knowledge of DevOps fundamentals, server/environment configuration, etc is preferred. Exposure to system monitoring and log analysis tools is an added advantage.

The candidate should have development experience in Drupal-based website development, with working knowledge of module customization and site configuration. Familiarity with WordPress/ Joomla CMS is a plus. Good command of PHP, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, and basic front-end development is required. Experience with plugin/module development will be considered an added advantage.
