Applications are invited for the position of Assistant Project Manager in the project entitled, "Approach Cell Staff Salary & Wages Account".

Position: Assistant Project Manager

Number of positions: One

Minimum Requirements: Post Graduate (MBA/ MCA/ M.Com./ M.Sc./ M.A.) Or Graduate (B.Sc./ B.A./B.Com./BBA/ BCA/ LLB) + 3 years of relevant experience.

Salary: Rs. 13200-1100-33000

Desired Qualification: The proposed post in the Approach Cell will have the following requirements.

1. A full-time presence (regular working hours plus active engagement during exhibitions, workshops, and other events). Coordinating with different centers during the events.
2. Checking emails in regular intervals for applications/ proposal. Communicating decision of the committee to the proposers.
3. Arranging committee meetings (online, offline, hybrid mode). Keeping notes and circulation of minutes of the meetings and maintaining records.
4. Updating webpage (event section).
5. Coordination with CCE for workshops. Monitoring the registration/enrollment/certification/ refunds etc.
6. Monitoring the maintenance of the space, audio visual systems, electronic equipment, art materials and musical instruments.
7. Settlement of bills and maintaining register for audit.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web page maintenance (updating and maintaining website content, using CMS tools).
