Steps for Registration:

1. If you are a faculty working in a recognized University/Institute, please send an email to iitkamyloidmeeting@gmail.com expressing your interest to attend the meeting with subject BSBE Meeting 2019. In the mail, kindly attach the Registration form given below and after filling all details pay the fees via SBI Collect.


2. If you are a student or a Post Doctoral Fellow, fill out the Registration form and send the duly filled scaned form to the email id iitkamyloidmeeting@gmail.com with subject BSBE Meeting 2019.


3. The shortlisted candidates would be intimated by email and would be required to pay the fees via SBI Collect. Click here for payment.


4. Click Here read Instructions for SBI Collect payment. (While entering the Course Title, do not put colon in the SBI Collect payment portal)


5. All the applicants including the faculties are requested to send the Registration Fee receipt via email to iitkamyloidmeeting@gmail.com with subject Fee Receipt.

Selection:

The course would admit upto 50 students this year. Selection will be based on the academic profile and the motivation to attend the meeting. Please apply early since the appplication portal would be closed after 50 seats are filled.

Registration Fees:

a. Non-IITK Faculty: Rs. 4,130/- (3,500 + 18% GST) (Including Accommodation Charges)
b. IITK Faculty: Rs. 1000/-
c. Non-IITK Students: Rs. 3,540/- (3,000 + 18% GST) (Including Accommodation Charges)
d. IITK Students: Rs. 1000/-

Accomodation:

Outstation candidates will get shared accommodation in the students' hostel from December 6^th to 7^th, 2019 and are requested to reach the campus by the morning of December 6^th and depart by December 7^th, 1:00 PM . Please bring a valid ID proof for the meeting.

Local Weather:

December faces the early part of the winter in Kanpur and the temperatures can range anywhere between 15-25^oC (check weather here). Therefore, all the candidates are advised to carry winter clothes, preferably woollen sweaters, jackets, warm caps, etc. A blanket and a bedsheet will be provided at the hostel.
