Instructions for filling Registration Form
| 1. | Please keep the following information ready before filling the form. | |
| a) | If you are an ISCA/IEEE member please make sure that you have membership number and validity period ready. | |
| | b) | i. For Students only: If you need accommodation, you have to pay accommodation fee along with the registration fee (Rs. 85/- per person per day in Hostel). # Actual accommodation fee will depend on arrival/departure time. Any payment/refund will be adjusted during the School. ii. For Academic/Faculty/Industry delegates only: If you require accommodation, you will be provided Guest House in double-occupancy basis (Rs. 225/- per person per day). You have to pay accommodation charge directly to the Guest House while boarding. |
| 2. | a) | Please make a Demand Draft for the required amount and keep the
information about D.D. number, date and amount ready. |
| b) | If you are making online deposit into WiSSAP-09
account, please keep ready the reference number, date
and amount. | |
| 3. | Fill all the fields in the registration form and then click the Register Button. | |
| 4. | A snap shot of the registration form with all your details will be generated for printing. | |
| 5. | a) | Please sign the printed form and send it to WiSSAP-2009, Dept.
of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of
Technology Kanpur, Kanpur 208016, India along with: Demand Draft if you are paying fees through Draft. |
| b) | For students only,
attach a photocopy of valid student ID card or a letter from the Head
of the department that he/she is a bonafide student. | |
| 6. | You will be notified by email from WiSSAP-09 Secretariat confirming your registration. This E-mail will be sent within 5 days of receipt of your payment. If you do not receive any confirmation after two weeks of sending application (by speed/ registered post), please contact us. | |
