The registration for the conference is absolutely free. Delegates are requested to register online through the conference website and email the extended abstract to: whsc2009@iitk.ac.in.
The extended abstract should be prepared using MS-Word strictly according to the Manuscript Template.
The extended abstract should not exceed 500 words. Corresponding author will be notified about the acceptance after critical review of extended abstract by a technical committee. Subsequently, the authors need to submit the soft version of full length paper and poster.
On-Spot registration facility is not available.
English is the official language of the conference.
The purpose of the Best Poster Award is to encourage participants to display outstanding posters during the conference. The presented posters will be reviewed by the technical committee and three best and attractive posters will be awarded in each of the three major themes.
