General Information           After you reach Kanpur          Hospitality Team

  • Only one team will be allowed to register per institution.

  • Udghosh hospitality team will provide you with mattresses, quilts etc. You do not need to worry about bringing those along.

  • Messing will be provided to all participants. The cost of this is included in the registration fees.

  • You will be issued an Udghosh I-Card when you reach Kanpur. Please keep this I-Card with you at all times during the festival. You are also expected to keep your college I-Card with you. Udghosh I-Card without the college I-Card will be considered invalid.

  • In the event of any untoward incidents or misbehavior of any kind, Udghosh team reserves the right to take any punitive action as deemed necessary, even to the extent of confiscating the security deposit and registration fees, cancelling the participation of the concerned college, escorting them off the campus and sending a report of misconduct to the head of the concerned institution.
