About

This workshop aims at making teachers and students acquainted with the process of converting a viable innovative idea/research into a valuable product and the final outcome being generating entrepreneurs. The participants will be familiarized to the challenges faced by potential entrepreneurs to actuate their ideas into a product. Entrepreneurs from different domains will be invited to share their success stories and challenges faced by them.

Registration

PG students, Research Scholars, Faculty Members and senior graduate students are target audience. Seats are limited and are on first come, first serve basis.

Candidates from TEQIP Institutions: There are no registration fees for participants from TEQIP affiliated institutes.

Candidates from Non-TEQIP Institutions: Deligates from non-TEQIP institutions can also participate. A registration fee of Rs. 15,000/- for faculty members and Rs. 3000/- for students for 2 days workshop will be charged. Registration fee will cover accommodation and food costs during the workshop.

TEQIP cell at IIT Kanpur will arrange for and cover the expenses of accommodation and food during the workshop for all participating delegates. Double occupancy rooms will be provided to all participants. TEQIP cell at home institute of each delegate is expected to cover their travel and other expenses. Delegates are requested to make their own travel arrangements to reach the workshop venue.
