Parvathy Baul (born 1976) is a Baul folk singer, musician and storyteller from Bengal and one of the leading Baul musicians in India. Trained under Baul gurus, Sanatan Das Baul, Shashanko Goshai Baul in Bengal, she has been performing both in India and other countries since 1995. She is married to Ravi Gopalan Nair, a noted Pava Kathakali glove puppet artist, and is based in Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala, since 1997, where she also runs, "Ektara Baul Sangeetha Kalari" a school for Baul music. Prahlad Tipaniya

Prahlad Singh Tipaniya is an Indian folk singer who performs Kabir bhajans in the Malwi folk style from Madhya Pradesh. He performs along with a group of tambura, khartal, manjira, dholak, harmonium, timki, and violin players. Prahlad Singh Tipaniya has visited UK, The United States & Pakistan as well as in India in different 'Yatras' named as "Amerika Me Kabir Yatra" and "Had-Anhad" and his music has been played on All India Radio stations in Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Patna, Lucknow and Kanpur and also featured on Doordarshan. Tipanya has received several awards including Shikhar Samman (2005) by Madhya Pradesh Government, Sangeet Natak Akademi Award in 2007 and the Padma Shri in 2011.

Murtaza Danish Husaini is an actor, poet, storyteller, and a theatre director. He started his career in theatre with Barry John and went on to work with directors like Habib Tanvir, Rajinder Nath, M.S. Sathyu, M.K. Raina, Sunil Shanbag, Sabina Mehta Jaitly, & Naseeruddin Shah. He was instrumental in reviving the lost art form of Urdu storytelling Dastangoi. He runs his own theatre company The Hoshruba Repertory in Mumbai and his latest productions include plays Guards At The Taj (2017) and Qissa Urdu Ki Aakhiri Kitaab Ka (2017) besides the ongoing storytelling project Qissebaazi (2016), and the poetry performance project Poetrification (2016) with the fellow actor Denzil Smith.

Vidwan Vikku Vinayakram

Thetakudi Harihara Vinayakram (born 11 August 1942), also known as Vikku Vinayakram, is a Grammy Award–winning (Planet Drum) Indian percussionist. He plays Carnatic music with the ghatam, an earthen pot, and is credited with popularising the ghatam. He was awarded the Padma Shri, given by Government of India in 2002, and later the 2012 Sangeet Natak Akademi Fellowship, the highest honour in the performing arts conferred by the Sangeet Natak Akademi, India's National Academy for Music, Dance and Drama. Finally he was awarded the Padma Bhushan in 2014.
