The candidates will work under Indo-UK sponsored project of “Stability
and Performace of Photovoltaic” of 3 years duration.
Essential Qualification:
For Senior Project Scientist/Engineer - Ph.D. or
M.Tech. + 4 years exp. M.Sc/Equivalent. + 6 years .
For Project Technician - B.Sc./Diploma Engg.. +
4 years exp. Or High School + ITI + 9 years experience.
Job description: The project work will involve the setting up Photovoltaics(PV)
Electrial energy generating systems of different PV technologies,
setting up of monitoring, data acquisition and analysis system.
Knowledge of solar cells, modules, different sensors for data acquisition
and its interfacing with monitoring system; battery; interfacing
with grid, handling of single and three phase power lines.
Desirable qualifications:
Ph.D./ B. Tech. in Electrical/Electronic/Instrument Engineering
M.Sc. in Physics with specialization in Electronics.
