Applications are invited for one post of Project Scientist(equivalent to Research Associate) in a DST sponsored project titled, “Thematic Unit of Excellence on soft nanofabrication with applications in energy, environment and Health at IIT Kanpur” in the Department of Chemical Engineering, IIT Kanpur.

Minimum Qualification: Ph.D. (Molecular Biology) or M.Sc(Microbiology)+ 3 years’ experience.

Work Experience:

The applicant should have a strong background and knowledge on fabrication and analysis of cryogel based ion exchange chromatographic monolith for purification and concentration of GFP tagged Recombination competent sarcoma (GFP-RCAS) viral particles.

Salary Range:Rs. 22000-2200-44000.

The post is purely temporary, and is for duration of one year.
