Applications are invited for position of One Project Associate in the DBT funded project: Understanding basic self assembly mechanism and characteristics of protein aggregates for nonmaterial applications.

Position: Project Associate

Duration: September 1st 2012 to 31st March, 2013.

Essential Qualification: First class (above 60%) M. Sc/M. Tech (Life sciences, Chemistry, Physics, Material science, Chemical engineering)

Desirable: Thorough knowledge of peptides and proteins, chromatography, spectroscopy and imaging techniques

Salary Range: Rs. 10,000-1000-20,000 per month. The consolidate salary will be fixed depending on the qualification and experience.

The applicants will be screened on the basis of qualification and experience. Only screened candidates will be called for the interview to be held at IIT Kanpur for final selection. No TA/DA will be given.
