The subject of Physical Geodesy is the main thread that connects the Earth Systems, Ocean Circulation   and Atmospheric studies. The school will be conducted mainly by Prof. Will Featherstone, Curtin   University, Australia, who is a renowned expert in the field of Physical Geodesy. The conduct of the  School Programme includes theory classes on various facets of Geodesy, practical lab classes, open     discussions, finalising multi-organisational research proposals, doubt clearing sessions, etc.
