Volleyball requires Josh, skill and enthusiasm. You use your hands to volley the ball (hence the name!) over the net into the other half of the court, so that your opponents cannot return it to your half before it lands on the ground. Teamwork is essential, since players set each other up for smashes and lobs.

Venue: Main Stadium Volleyball Courts (behind the SAC)

Teams:

• Men: 6 players per team.
• Mixed: 6 players per team, of which at least 3 are women.
• You may use any number of substitutes during the tournament, but no player who is registered in or has played for another team can play in your team.
• A player who has been substituted during a match can return to the game through another substitution. However, at most 3 substitute players can supplement the playing 6 in a single match.

Rules:

• Matches will have 5 sets each and standard rules will apply. The number of points in each set and the format of the tournament (knockout or league) will be decided once registration is over and we know how many teams are participating.
• Other details will be clarified at the venue by the referee and the organizers.
