Notification of Annual General Body Meeting

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

It is brought to the notice of all members that the Annual General Meeting of Alumni Association IIT Kanpur held at the Outreach 69 & 80 Building (the new Alumni Centre), IIT Campus, IIT Kanpur on Sunday, the 24th February 2008 at 12.00 hrs to transact the following business:

1.

Presentation of the Annual Report by the Secretary.

2.

To receive, consider and adopt the Balance Sheet for the year ended on 31 March 2007

3.

To appoint Statutory Auditors and fix their remuneration for the year 2007-2008.

4.

To elect the Office bearers of the Association for the two year term 2008-2010 among the eligible nominations received.

5.

Any other business with the approval of the chair.
