Scope

In order to facilitate intense interaction between the Invited speakers and attendees, it has been decided that selected senior graduate students and active young researchers from R & D labs will be allowed to participate in the theme meeting. During the invited lectures, six broad areas, related to naoceramics and nanoceramic composites will be discussed: i) Synthesis of Nanosized powders, ii) Sintering/consolidation, iii) Superplasticity/creep property, iv) Nanostructured coatings, v) Structure-property relationship and vi) Application (existing and futuristic) of Nanoceramics and Nanocomposites. There will be two plenary lectures, each of 50 minutes duration and the duration of each invited talk would be for 40 minutes.

Young researchers are encouraged to present posters. The deadline for submission of abstract is August 20, 2007.
