SPONSORSHIP

The conference will be attended by active researchers from the academics, industries and research & development organizations. In addition, a broad spectrum of important industries connected with metals/alloys and specialty materials will be represented at the conference. The anticipated number of delegates is about 500.

A. Conference Sponsorships:

The success of this major international event depends to a large extent on the active support received from industries and organizations. We seek the enthusiastic participation of esteemed industrial houses and help in the conduct of this major event. The sponsorship categories are as follows:

Entitlement: One full page color advertisement and company profile in souvenir, four delegates, one 9 sq. m. stall, medium-sized banners at conference entrance and main conference lecture hall, 1x1 inch advertisement on main page of conference website.

Silver                                                          Rs 100000 /USD 2500
Entitlement: One full page color advertisement and company profile in souvenir, two delegates, one 6 sq. m. stall, small-sized banners at conference entrance and main conference lecture hall, 1x1 inch advertisement on main page of conference website.

B. Advertisement in Website:

All information related to the international conference is continuously being updated on METALLO-2007 website at http://www.iitk.ac.in/infocell/announce/metallo. The site is being visited by a significant number of people from the academics, industry and R&D organizations from India and from all over the world.

The rate for a two line advertisement on the main home page of the conference will be Rs. 6000 / USD 150 per month.

C. Souvenir:

A souvenir and abstract booklet commemorating the conference will be circulated to all the delegates and copies sent to important industries, academic institutions and research & development organizations. The souvenir will contain abstracts of papers, advertisements and profiles of sponsors and exhibitors. The rate for advertisement in the souvenir will be as follows:

D. International Exhibition:

An exhibition will be organized at the conference venue. About fifty stalls will be available for display of world renowned technologies, advanced equipments and special products by exhibitors. The exhibition will be open to all the delegates, visitors (faculty, staff and students of IIT Kanpur) and general public. The exhibition will serve as a good forum for popularizing company profiles and products. The rate for the exhibition stall will be as follows:
