Q. How would one define a foreign delegate (for the purpose of determining registration fees only) ?
A. All participants (irrespective of country of origin , including India) working in any Country, other than India , would classify as foreign delegate .

Q. How would one define an Indian delegates (for the purpose of determining registration fees only) ?
A. All participants (irrespective of country of origin , including foreign nationals) working in any Indian University (Govt./Private), R & D Institution, Industry etc. 
	would classify as an Indian delegate.

Q. Who is eligible to receive the participation certificate? 
A. Only registered delegates, who will attend the conference, will be provided the certificate of participation.
