Given the encouraging response and feedback from a similar workshop organised last year, we are pleased to announce the 2nd Workshop to be held at IIT Kanpur.

 

The pedagogy of this intensive three-and-a-half days workshop includes a combination of lectures, hands-on case studies, group discussions and computer simulations. The program will provide thorough coverage of concepts, techniques, and applications. The case studies would discuss some of the international and the Indian experiences in project financing of energy and infrastructure projects.

 

Who Should Attend

Middle and senior management from project developers in power, oil & gas, and transport infrastructure sectors, banks, financial institutions, state infrastructure boards, equipment manufacturers, contractors, concerned government officials, members and staff of regulatory commissions, consultants as well as academia.

Registration Fee Structure

The registration fee for the workshop is Rs 25,000/- per participant. For participants from academic/research institutions, the registration fee is Rs. 12,000/- per participant (double occupancy). Three or more participants from the same organization would qualify for a 20% discount.

Registration fee includes workshop material, boarding and lodging during the workshop. The accommodation is arranged at the institute’s guest house on campus. For registration and payment details please contact the Workshop Coordinator.

Payment should be made through DD in favour of "Coordinator, NWPF - 2008" payable at State Bank of India, IIT Kanpur Branch; Bank Code - 1161. Payment to IIT Kanpur is exempt from TDS. Please see workshop website for details.
