We are pleased to announce that the 9th International Conference on Intelligent Unmanned Systems (ICIUS 2013) will be held from 25-27 September 2013 in the beautiful pink city of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. ICIUS 2013 is jointly organised by Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, Aeronautics Research and Development Board and Department of Science and Technology – in collaboration with the International Society of Intelligence Unmanned Systems (ISIUS).

ICIUS is a well-established annual conference, which addresses the rapidly changing state of the art in unmanned systems, robotics and biomimetics, control and computation, intelligent systems, and provides insights into the paths ahead for fundamental research, device development and technology deployment around the world. ICIUS 2013 is the 9th conference extending from previous conferences held in Seoul-Korea (2005,2006), Bali-Indonesia (2007), Nanjing-China (2008), Jeju-Korea (2009), Bali-Indonesia (2010), Chiba-Japan (2011) and Singapore (2012).

The conference represents the highest pedigree in the fields of intelligent unmanned systems, with high quality content and international networking. This is the premier global event combining academic excellence with industrial representations within the conference, augmented by exhibitions and workshops planned to be held around the conference programme.
