Full Registration includes admittance to technical sessions (conference sessions, poster presentations and exhibitions, except tutorials), abstract book, list of participants, special volume of the Hyperfine Interactions, Sunday evening reception/mixer, Wednesday excursion, tea/coffee breaks, lunch and dinner.
  2. Student Registration includes admittance to technical (conference sessions, poster presentations and exhibitions) sessions and tutorials, abstract book, list of participants, Sunday evening reception/mixer, Wednesday excursion, tea/coffee breaks, lunch and dinner, Invitation to Inaugural function and social events.
  3. Accompanying person registration includes Sunday evening reception/mixer, Wednesday excursion, Invitation to Inaugural function and social events and meal coupons.
  4. Banquet Dinner is not included in registration fees.
  5. Registration Fees (except for students) please note that the numbers of participants are limited.
  6. Indian Student Registration includes admittance to technical (conference sessions, poster presentations and exhibitions) sessions and tutorials, abstract book, list of participants, Sunday evening reception/mixer, Wednesday excursion, tea/coffee breaks, lunch and dinner, Invitation to Inaugural function and social events.

Financial support will be made available to limited number of student participants who will be presenting paper. Requests for financial assistance should be forwarded through the Head of the parent institution to the Chairman, ICAME 2007.

Confirmation and Receipt: Details about Registration form and fee received from participants will be displayed on the Conference website and updated regularly. Receipts can be collected at the time of the Conference.

Badges: The Conference identity badge provided to all registered delegates are requested to be worn at all times, and at all functions, as entry may be denied because of security reasons.

Registration: Please send in the filled in application form with all remittances to Conference Chairman. Please mention the remittance details on the 'online registration form'.

Payment Mode: Registration fee to be paid by Demand Draft/Banker's Cheque in favor of "Chairman, ICAME-2007, IIT Kanpur" & payable at Kanpur .
