Hi everyone!

I would like to inform you that residents will be charged for electricity
from this month onwards. Residents are requested to use electricity
judiciously and also stop others from wasting it as the total bill
incurred by the hall will be distributed among all residents.

Moreover, those who wish to use heaters/blowers/induction cooker have to
pay an extra sum of Rs. 500 monthly. So, you must inform hall office
before using any of the aforementioned appliances. Anyone using these
appliances without prior information to the hall office will be charged a
fine of Rs. 4000.
