Though
the policies last semester were experimental we may continue with the same with
slight modifications this semester. New policies will be decided in July. So
till then have a look at the policies of Last semester.
The
following is the Membership Notice that was put up on 4th Jan 2001.

Memberships
are invited (for this semester only).

Membership
fees is Rs. 200/-. Out of this at least Rs. 150/- will be refunded at the
end of this semester. Rest of the amount will be refunded depending on various
other factors, which will be finalized after Techkriti. The amount will
be adjusted to the loss that members incur to the club due to various reasons.
We will try to refund as much as possible and this is just to remain on
safer side.

Non-members
will not be allowed to enter the club. Please note that if you wish to avail
any facility of club then get the membership of club (This is especially
for the 4th year students). Also see that your group members also get membership
else later you will face problems in coordinating with them.

Last
date to avail membership is 10th Jan 2001, 10:00 p.m. After that no membership
will be registered for this semester. You can deposit membership fees at
Electronics Club 09:00-10:00 p.m. till 10th Jan.

Those
who were members last semester should also register and pay membership fees.

Registering
for membership doesn't means that you can use the club the way and time
you want. We will try our best to adjust time for you. Club can be opened
on any day between 09:00-10:00 if some member asks for it.
