Applications are invited for the position of 1 Research Associate (RA) in a CSIR sponsored Project titled "Adsorption and Desorption Behavior of Nanoparticles on a Polymeric Surface".

Duration: One year (purely temporary)

Qualification:

PhD in chemical engineering, chemistry, material science, with significant experience in molecular simulations. The candidate would be working on the development of an inhouse software for molecular simulations and would study the adsorption behaviour of gases and nanoparticles on surfaces. The appointment will be for one year (initially) and may be extended.

Age limit maximum: 35 years & [Upper age limit is relaxable up to 5years for SC/ST/OBC/women/physically handicapped candidates.]

Salary range: 36,000/- (as per CSIR)

The department reserves the right to fix suitable criteria for short listing of eligible candidates satisfying qualifications and experience. Only short-listed candidates will accordingly be called for interview.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview
