Essential Qualifications
  • Company secretary with good academic credentials

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Business organization of repute.

Desirable

  • Experience in entrepreneurship development/ management and/or association with some incubator/TBI
  • Experience in the field of Credit control, Credit assessment, finance, due diligence, Compliances as per Companies Act, Agreement drafting/vetting/ interpretation and customer interaction.
  • Experience in handling a team consisting of people with different skill sets and backgrounds.

Job Profile

  • Managing all the legal, financial, credit assessment, Compliance tracking, including funding disbursement, milestone tracking, financial reporting and conducting capacity building programs.

Salary Range

  • 20000-2000-40000
