Essential Qualifications |
- Company secretary with good academic credentials

Essential Experience |
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Business organization of repute.

Desirable |
- Experience in entrepreneurship development/ management and/or association with some incubator/TBI
- Experience in the field of Credit control, Credit assessment, finance, due diligence, Compliances as per Companies Act, Agreement drafting/vetting/ interpretation and customer interaction.
- Experience in handling a team consisting of people with different skill sets and backgrounds.

Job Profile |
- Managing all the legal, financial, credit assessment, Compliance tracking, including funding disbursement, milestone tracking, financial reporting and conducting capacity building programs.
