Applications are invited for temporary & contractual post of Project Engineer under the project entitled 'Regional Hub and Technical Centre' (Technology Submission of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, MHUPA).

Minimum Qualification: M.Tech (Environmental Engineering) with B.Tech (Civil Engineering) + 3 Years Experience

Desirable Qualification :

1. Masters in Environmental Engineering/Environmental Management is required.
2. Relevant experience with working on Energy Simulation software like Transys is desirable.
3. Experience or interest in the research of green buildings and materials, construction practices etc. will be an added advantage.

Nature of work

1. Testing of materials and R&D to facilitate sustainable technological solutions for faster & cost effective constructions.
2. Identifying the type of strengthening required in terms of machinery for testing facilities.
3. Preparation of quality assurance plan (QAP) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report.
4. Evaluation, Validation and Certification of new/green technologies including code of practices, SOR and O/M using locally available materials.
5. Preparation of DPR and Road map for implementation of new technologies.
6. Organizing orientation/training programmes /workshops for stakeholders.

Salary - Rs. 22000-2200-44000/- per month based on qualification and experience.

Duration of appointment: 1 year or till end of the project whichever is earlier. Contract may be extended based on candidate's performance.
