Applications are invited for one post of Project Associate in Aarti Industries Limited sponsored project, in the Centre for Environment Science and Engineering, IIT Kanpur

Minimum Qualification: B. Tech (Chemical Engineering) or M. Sc (Chemistry)

Desired Qualification:  Candidate should have at least six month experience in process high temperature (~ 550 K) and high pressure (1-40 bars) catalytic reactor set-ups and their trouble shooting. Expertise in catalyst preparation and characterization. Experience in handling various instruments like GC (Perkin Elmer, Clarus 500), GC-Mass, HPLC (Waters), Rotatory Evaporator etc.  Handling of different gases (CO2, H2, N2, C2H4 etc) at high pressure and high temperature and Reaction setup monitoring and analyzing product in continuous flow reactor.

Salary Range: Rs. 15000-1500-30000.

Duration of appointment: The post is purely temporary & contractual and is for the duration of one year or till the end of project.
