Applications are invited for one position of Project Scientist under the project entitled ‘Agarose Based Wound Dressing’ sponsored byDepartment of Science and Technology (DST/TSG/AMT/2015/329)

Minimum Qualification:PhD or MSc with 3 year experience.

Desirable Experience/ Higher Qualification:
Master of Science (M.Sc.) with 3 year experience or PhD in Biological Sciences/  Life Sciences/ Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology

Candidates with proven experience of working with cell and molecular biology, microbiology, polymer technology, biomaterials and having hands on experience with mammalian cell culture technology will be given preference. Candidates are expected to work in a multidisciplinary research area. Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.

Salary range:
INR.22000 – 2200 - 44000

The position is temporary for a maximum of one year. Duration can be extended at the end of year on satisfactory performance.
