Applications are invited for post of Project Scientist (One post) in the project titled “Manipulation of Structure, Composition and Properties of CuO Ceramics and Thin Films to achieve Near Room Temperature Multiferroism for Device Applications” sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. The appointment is purely temporary and is on contractual basis.

Minimum Qualification: Ph.D. or M.Sc. with three years’ of relevant experience
Candidate must have experience in the following areas:
Candidate must have proven experience in the following areas either during PhD or at another stage:
- Synthesis of ferroic and/or multiferroic oxides solid state reaction routes
- Hands-on experience of Structural and Electrical Characterization of ferroic oxides
- Operation of vacuum equipment
Only short-listed applicants will be called for a telephonic interview whose date and time will be intimated by email. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview in person. Applicants who do not meet the minimum qualification and work experience will not be called for the interview.
