Project Title: “Ground Response analysis of soils from north India considering soil strain” no: BRNS/CE/20130276

Minimum Qualification: M.Sc. or BE/B.Tech. (Civil Engineering) with NET OR GATE

Candidate with background in Earthquake Geotechnical Engineering will be preferred.

Nature of Work: To conduct field tests (SPT, Seismic down hole tests) and laboratory tests (cyclic triaxial tests and geotechnical tests) for soil sites from northern India. Develop a model for dynamic deformation characteristics of soil for northern Indian sites.

Salary: Rs.25,000/- per month

Duration of appointment: seven months
