Applications are invited for temporary and contractual posts of Senior Project Engineer under the project entitled “Centre of Excellence for Flexible Electronics” at Samtel Centre for Display Technologies (SCDT), IIT Kanpur funded by DeitY (MCIT) New Delhi.

Position Title: Senior Project Engineer

Minimum Qualification: PhD Or M.Tech + 3 Yrs Experience

Desirable Qualification: PhD Or M.Tech + 3 Yrs Experience in Electrical Engineering

Desirable experience/skills:

• Hands-on experience of various types of barcodes is preferable.
• Problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of Java

Role Summary/ Purpose: You’ll be working in as part of the anti-counterfeiting team in NCFlexE Center at IIT Kanpur and will be responsible for android app development and image processing of special purpose tags. Initial appointment shall be for a period of one year only which may get extended.

Salary: 27000-2700-54000 (based on past experience and achievements).
