New Office Automation

Applications are invited for the post of Deputy Project Manager (02 posts) for a period of one year in New Office Automation Project (DOIP). The appointment is purely temporary and on contractual basis.

The interested candidates are requested to submit their application with curriculum vitae containing information regarding their degrees and work experience (photocopy). Applicant who does not meet the Minimum qualification and desirable experience will not be called for the interview. Only hard copy of applications will be entertained. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

The period of appointment may be extended for next one year based on performance.

Position: Deputy Project Manager

Duration: 1 Year

Salary: 16000 - 1600 - 32000

Minimum Qualification: CA/ICWA/CS Or Post Graduate (MBA/MCA/M.com/M.Sc./MA) + 5 years relevant experience Or Graduate (B.Sc/BA/B.Com/BBA/BCA) + 10 years relevant experience

Desirable Qualification: PG in MBA/MA (English) and experience in Help Desk role/Publication unit.

Required Skills: Proficiency in English communication (both oral and written skills).Proficiency in editing skills with good understanding of grammar, language and syntax.

 

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Respond to Query requests on the Pingala System in person, via phone/Email.
  2. Advise user on appropriate action on his/her query.
  3. Follow standard help desk procedures.
  4. Log and report all help desk interactions.
  5. Bringing out newsletters to share project updates.
  6. Writing reports.
  7. Preparing text/video manuals and tutorials.
