Applications are invited for the post of Assistant Project Manager at “Translational Neuroscience Lab” in the Department of Cognitive Science IIT Kanpur.

Number of Post: One

Salary Range: 16000-1300-38000

Minimum Qualification: Post graduate degree Or Graduate degree + 3 years of relevant experience.

Note: The position is purely temporary, initially for one year, and it can be extended further based on performance till the duration of the project.

Job Roles and Responsibilities/Description for Assistant Project Manager:

• Contribute to data acquisition using EEG, EGG, ECG, EDA and EMG modes for scientific research studies
• Expertise in secure translational/clinical research data collection
• Expertise in managing rTMS machine and their studies
• Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (such as MS-Excel, MS-Word & PPT)
• Data and Lab management
• At least 2 years of prior experience with hands-on training in handling electrophysiological and non-invasive stimulation methods in humans, and supporting day-to-day experimental activities in an clinical/laboratory setting
• Desirable to have leadership qualities and requisite experience in one or more of the following areas: Accounting, Auditing, Financial procedures, Establishment & Recruitment matters and Purchase procurement procedures of GOI etc.
