Applications are invited for a position of Junior/Senior Research Fellow as described below.

  • Post: JRF/SRF

  • No. of posts: One (Either JRF or SRF position will be offered depending on the qualification, and experience)

  • Scale of pay: JRF: 25000/- and SRF: 28000/- (consolidated per month)

  • Duration of appointment: One year

  • Nature of work: Fabrication and characterization of thin-film photovoltaic devices

  • Minimum Academic Qualification:

JRF: Graduate degree in professional courses with NET qualification, or post graduate degree in basic sciences with NET qualification, or post graduate degree in professional courses

SRF: 2 years of experience in research in addition to one of the qualifications mentioned above for the JRF post

  • Desirable Experience: deposition of thin-films, device fabrication, and their characterization

  • Selection Procedure:
    Eligible candidatures will be interviewed at MSE Department, IIT Kanpur by the committee and position will be offered if found suitable for the same.
