Applications are invited for one position of ‘Project Executive Officer’ (Medical Officer) on Consolidated Salary at Health Centre, IIT Kanpur.

Essential Qualification:

Candidate should have MBBS Degree including completion of compulsory rotating internship followed by at least 2 years of experience in a recognized hospital or Post-graduate Diploma in an appropriate branch of Medicine plus at least one year experience in a recognized hospital or MD or MS in an appropriate branch of Medicine. (MCI recognition is mandatory).

Desirable experience:
Post-graduate qualification, MD, Diploma/Degree in Medicine/Paediatrics/ Tuberculosis and Chest diseases and Family Medicine (MCI recognition is mandatory). Computer literacy is highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities:
To attend to OPD patients, emergencies and vaccination clinic to perform rotating shift duties including Night Shift and also to perform any other duties and responsibilities entrusted.

The post is purely temporary and on contractual basis. The position is initially for one year. Only short-listed applicants will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Applicants who do not meet the minimum qualification and work experience will not be called for the interview.
