Semester Drop


Steps to be followed to get a Semester Drop
  • Write an application addressing the SUGC convener stating the reason due to which you need a semester drop
  • Get the application signed by the DUGC convener of your department
  • Now submit the application in the Undergraduate Office and wait for the approval form the SUGC
Once your application for the semester drop is approved your courses will dropped automatically and a letter confirming the semester drop will be send to you at you residential address.
