CC is running help-desk facility for the users.

A user can contact help-desk personals  in the room CC - 101 from 9 AM to 5:30 PM on all working days (Phone- 7239) or mail to helpdesk@iitk.ac.in.

     -- New Login/Renewal (Shell, web, email)   
     -- Change of Password   
     -- NT Problems    
     -- File Restore from Central File Server Backup    
     -- File Restore from Central File Server Backup    
     -- User Quota Problems (Disk, Page, Plot)    
     -- Login Problems   
     -- Proxy Setting problems   
     -- Enabling of disabled Logins   
     -- CC-Server problems   
     -- CC No Dues
